About School of Agricultural

Sri Manakula Vinayagar Educational Trust is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1999 to provide quality and affordable education to the weaker sections of society. The trust has established several educational institutions, including the Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College and the School of Agricultural Sciences.

The School of Agricultural Sciences offers B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture and B.Sc.(Hons.) Horticulture four years degree programmes. The college is equipped with all the necessary infrastructure, including smart lecture halls, a library with adequate books and journals, and laboratories equipped with all the necessary instruments and equipment for conducting practical classes. The trust has also allotted 40 acres of cultivable agricultural land to the school so that students can learn about the latest modern high-tech agricultural and horticultural practices.

The trust's mission is to "enlighten the society by offering quality and affordable education to the weaker sections of the society." It is committed to providing its students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their careers and to contribute to the development of the nation.
